Originally I was taking the train to Shymkent/Chimkent/Шымкент. That takes a little more than 40 hours. Lot’s of time to rest - so I thought :)

About 8 hours of my trip were uneventful, then some of my money got missing, police got involved. Changed my plans and went to Tashkent, spent 3 hours at the police station there.

Some things I am not allowed to talk about. I signed a waiver. Long story short: money was lost, money was found, case closed. effect on me: two nights of next to no sleep, another of a little sleep.

PS: The water in the cup is not tea, that is how it came out of the Titan water boiler. After 10 hours it cleared up a bit. Of course the color of the water concerned nobody except the German (me) 😂
