[Update: I am now on the ferry, but the ship will not cross the Kaspian sea for the next 2 or 3 days, we will be moored about 30km of coast to weather the coming storm.]

Went to the port at 01:00am, had to wait for boarding until noon, thought I might miss the ferry because the bus for pickup did not arrive for hours.

There were motocyclists at the port doing a very interesting tour - got a bit nostalgic … past times …
