I do not believe I will get a permission to enter Azerbaijan on a land border, so I got myself a plane ticket to Baku and will fly there tomorrow.

I got myself a small room in a hotel about 30 minutes by bus from the airport. Before going there I had to get my eVisa and boarding pass printed, which was a challenge / side quest of its own.
