That probably will have been the longest distance travelled in one day during this journey - 1200 km. I started with a hint of snow in Munich, Arrived in the rain after midnight in Bari - 1200km.

I really enjoyed the scenic Austrian Alps and the snow in the mountain. Crossed the Alps at the Brenner Pass - The border control to Italy reminded me of what is to come.

PS: I probably infected the Italian Railway with a Deutschen Bahn virus and lost a lot of time when our train stopped in the middle of nowhere a few times.
